报告内容:This report introduced that the ceramics and composite with low relative permittivity (εr), low dielectric loss and near zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf). These microwave dielectric materials are widely used in wireless communications applications such as resonators, filters, antennas. Meanwhile, we also reported that the packaging substrates with high thermal conductivity could use for power electronics packaging in energy conversion systems.


报告人简介:傅仁利,现为南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事信息功能陶瓷材料的先进制备技术,柱状赛隆(SiAlON)陶瓷的燃烧合成、材料复合成型技术,以及微电子封装基板材料与封装工艺、微波介质陶瓷与器件、LED用荧光材料与封装工艺、高导热复合材料等领域的研究。
