报告内容The potential wide applications of organic materials have triggered intensive studies of their electronic properties. Understanding the interface properties between organic/organic and organic/electrodes in organic solar cells is of importance to further optimize and improve the efficiency of the devices. Here I will first present our studies of interface properties related to real devices prepared in the inert environment with solution processing, in which an integer charge transfer (ICT) model due to the polaronic effect was introduced to describe the interface between the organic materials and passivated surface. Then I will extend the application of ICT model upon the choice of donor/acceptor materials to reach the minimal loss of the open circuit voltage in organic solar cells in both binary and ternary system, even it could work in mutli-component solar cell system.
